Meet Liz
Lizzy’s Bakehouse started with a jar of sourdough starter named Doughzilla on the kitchen counter and a house that always smelled like fresh bread. What began as loaves for family and neighbors became the little stand out front. Everything is made by hand in small batches, most of it a long, slow ferment, with organic flour, water, salt, time, and the occasional pat of good butter.
